Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation and pursue legal action if necessary AND WE WILL. In addition to legal action we will notify all companies like this to make sure you are on the thief list.

To ensure fair and reasonable resolution of any concerns, customers agree to:

Notify us of any dissatisfaction within 2 weeks of purchase.

Allow us reasonable time to address and resolve the issue before initiating any dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Provide full cooperation in investigating any reported issues.

Failure to comply with this process may result in forfeiture of any potential resolution.

3. No Unauthorized Returns or Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Service Acknowledgment

You understand and accept that subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify as a reason for refund or chargeback but we will work with you unless you are a charge backing, thieving ASSHOLE.

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without following the outlined dispute resolution process, we reserve the right to:

Pursue legal action to recover funds, including additional costs and damages...that includes legal fees and time lost.

Report fraudulent claims to relevant financial institutions and credit bureaus.
